Refund Policy. Fair, clear, no surprises

We want every Peachy SEO client to feel confident signing up. Because we work month to month with no contracts, you are never locked in — but we also want to be clear about how payments and refunds work.

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it covers the work delivered during that billing period and is non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing hello@peachyseo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not charge you for the following month.

• No notice period required — just email us.
• You keep all deliverables produced up to your cancellation date.
• We'll reply with a confirmation of your cancellation within one business day.

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there is evidence that we genuinely failed to deliver the agreed work during a billing period.

The free AI visibility audit is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. No refund applies.

Your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google and is outside of Peachy SEO's control. We do not hold, process, or have access to your ad spend funds.

Our monthly management fee covers campaign management only — strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting. The management fee follows the same non-refundable policy as our SEO plans.
